Rifleman: Standard Infantry unit, foot mobile. (US: Multicam, Marpat)
Equipment: M4, M16, M416. (ACOG Scope, Vertical Foregrip, Laser Sight or Flashlight, Heavy Barrel),
M9 (Plain), Frag Grenade, Standard US Knife
Infantry MOS: Combat Medic, Combat Engineer(Sapper), Infantry Grenadier, Infantry Machine Gunner, Designated Marksman.
Combat Medic: Carries the above rifle and equipment, also carries Large medical packs, and Defib Paddles. Very important this person is protected, this is your lifeline.
Combat Engineer: Carries the above rifles and equipment, except can carry, EOD Bots, and Repair Torches, or Mines.
Infantry Grenadier: Carries the M16 rifle and equipment, but with an underslung rail, attached with a M320 Grenade launcher in HE, also carries extra Frag Grenades.
Infantry Machine Gunner: Carries an M249 or M240B( M134 Scope, Bipod, Laser Sight, Compensator.), M9 pistol, Ammo Bags, and will also carry a M224 Mortar.
Designated Marksman: Carries an SR-25 or M110 mk2, (ACOG Scope, Vertical Foregrip, Laser Sight, Heavy Barrel.) M9 Pistol, Radio Beacon, And SOFLAM Spotter.
***NOTE*** ALL Nationalities (British Armed Forces, Russian Armed Forces, Chinese Armed Forces, etc) follow these same guidelines. The guns may be different, but the types of attachments stay the same. Scopes will be adjusted to the proper nationality and power dependent on the nation you are portrayed as during the MilSim.
